Q: Do you sell clip-on earrings?

A: Yes! All of the dangle earring styles have a clip-on earring option, unless otherwise stated. There is an image of what the clip-on replacement looks like on every eligible listing page. There are also individual listings for clip-on versions of some stud earrings.

 

Q: Are the pierced earrings hypoallergenic?

A: All product pages for earrings will indicate the material of the studs, hooks, and threads. They all use components that are considered hypoallergenic, made from stainless steel, sterling silver, or gold, so they should be comfortable to wear! If for some unlikely reason you have some issue with the earrings, please let us know.

 

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?

A: Customers shipping their order to an address within the United States of America qualify for free USPS First Class Shipping if they spend $50 or more! International orders totaling $100 or more are eligible for a discounted $8 shipping rate. The complete iconografi.com shipping policy can be found here.

 

Q: An item I want is sold out. When will it be back?

A: Thank you for your interest! If the item listing page does not mention a projected restock date, it could be that we have not scheduled it yet. If a sold out item is still visible, we likely have plans to restock it at some time in the future. If you'd like to inquire about a specific item, please reach out to us via email as we can sometimes restock an item sooner if we know there is interest!

 

Q: Can I use multiple discount codes on the same order?

A: At this time, Shopify does not support stacking discount codes. This also applies to trying to use a discount during a sitewide sale. However, we can manually apply multiple stacking discounts to an order, so please email us!
