Refund policy
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@iconografi.com prior to receiving notification of shipment. Once orders have been shipped, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be requested via email within 14 days of order delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened packaging, unworn, not washed or otherwise altered - the only exception being if an agreement to accept a return for another reason has been made via email (refer to damages and issues section below). You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase, and are responsible for the cost of return shipment.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and send an email to info@iconografi.com within 14 days of order delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated and corrected. Please include your order number, and at least one photo of the item in question.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Returns are also not accepted on Clearance items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please send an email explaining that you would like to make an exchange, so we can work to accommodate that request. You will need to complete the return of the item(s) as stated above, and once the return is accepted the item(s) will be exchanged as discussed.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected, and whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
