Shipping policy

**If you are shipping to the European Union, please shop via our Etsy storefront. If an item you wish to purchase is sold out or unavailable on our Etsy page but is available on iconografi.com, please email us so we can move the inventory. Thank you!**

The cost of shipping includes the postage cost and packaging materials, as well as time spent preparing and submitting shipments.

All orders will be packaged and shipped within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated, or if time allows for the order to be shipped sooner. Please note that this processing time is to be considered in addition to the delivery estimates outlined below for each mail service. (For example, an order shipping USPS first class could take up to 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep, considering the maximum of 5 business days processing time, AND up to 5 business days of shipment time, assuming there are no delays from USPS. The processing time for preorders is extended, and is outlined on applicable listing pages). iconografi is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Cancellations, changes, or additions to orders must be made prior to notification of shipment.

Orders shipping within the United States of America totaling $75 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

International orders totaling $100 or more qualify for a discount on Standard International Shipping, paying $8 towards the postage, while we will cover the rest of the shipping cost.

For domestic orders below $75 USD, and international orders below $100 USD, the rates are as follows.

Once your order has been shipped through the carrier (USPS or UPS) you will receive tracking information via email, and iconografi LLC is no longer responsible for the arrival of the order.

After your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range depending on the service selected at checkout.

Please note that COVID-19 or holiday related mail delays may occur. For more information about potential USPS delays, please visit their website, and for UPS delays, please visit their website.

Any questions regarding order tracking, delayed or lost packages should be directed to the carrier once the order has been shipped. iconografi LLC is not obligated to process refunds or exchanges for orders not received due to the fault of the shipping carrier.
